In-Line PGNAA AnalyzerIn-Line Bulk Analyzer Series
In-Line Bulk
We read every ton of raw material
without stopping the conveyor
A neutron element analyzer that analyzes iron ore, scrap and cement raw material on the conveyor in real time.
In-Line PGNAA Analyzer
If you don’t know the composition,
you can’t control the process
The analyzer straddles the conveyor and reads all of the material passing beneath it, with no sampling. Adjusting the raw-material mix in real time cuts both cost and carbon.
In a bulk-analyzer market long dominated by a few overseas suppliers, our process-specific design lowers the barrier to adoption.
The drawing is a concept based on a typical cross-belt analyzer layout.
Application Position
Right before material enters the process
Installed on the conveyor carrying material from the yard to blending and firing.
01
Raw-material yard
Iron ore · scrap · limestone
02
Transfer conveyor
Flows without stopping
03
In-Line Bulk
Real-time element content
04
Blend control
Feed ratios adjusted automatically
05
Sinter · kiln · steelmaking
Less fuel · less carbon
Elements
Typical measured elements
The elements that govern the quality of steel and cement raw materials and their process conditions. The element set is configured to your process.

Steel · Cement
Precise composition control
cuts fuel and carbon at once
Variable raw materials, rising fuel costs, tighter carbon rules — in cement and steel, composition control is now essential.
Main Application Field
Target processes
Cement sintering & firing
Ceramic & refractory firing
Lime & specialty firing
AFR co-processing
Steel scrap for EAF
Scrap grading & blending
Zn-coated scrap
High-quality & special steel scrap
Metal recycling
